Hi Laura I would say before I joined that I was feeling quite low and had no confidence, I joined after seeing the results on a friend and hearing all her positive feedback, I also was at a stage where I knew I had to do something about my weight,since joining I have felt much more positive and can feel a difference in my energy levels and fitness. I find the gym and trainers all very supportive and encouraging and enjoy attending the classes each week. I would say to anyone thinking of joining to just go for it , stepping through the door for the first is difficult,but once you have made that first step it is worth it! I am looking forward to the next few months and keeping up with the plan and classes.
