Before starting the transformation club I was unhappy with my body and was training up to 5 times a week, sometimes more, but without the nutritional support I wasn’t getting the results I wanted.

The transformation club was just what I was looking for. Classes are great and varied.

The instructors are fantastic and are always on hand to offer advice and support on fitness or nutrition.

The meal plan is varied and not as restrictive as I thought.

All the members are also extremely friendly and welcoming.

I am a lot happier within myself since starting the transformation club and would recommend it to anyone who wants to change and has the will power to do it.
