After watching so many friends go through the transformation club I bit the bullet and joined, With 2 children & no spare time on my hands I was pleasantly surprised how the programme of classes did actually cover all and I have managed to do my 3 classes a week. My other excuse was having a bad back but Laura & the instructors really do look out for anyone with any ailments and the exercise does help my back. There’s a really good atmosphere at every class, I’ve not met anyone that doesn’t love the class. The eating plan for me is fine, I don’t mind the shakes etc & I feel so much better with the plan. My only problem at the beginning was I wasn’t eating enough but through my weekly online chat Laura she changed my plan. I’m so glad I bit the bullet and joined.
