Legs Bums and Tums is a non stop 45 min class using variety of free weights to target these areas. No 2 classes are ever the same – we like to mix it up each week so our clients don’t get bored of the same routine!
Your leg muscles – mainly hamstrings (back of the legs) and Quads (front of the thigh are the 2 main large muscles in your legs. Having weak legs can often lead to knee pain. Not only can pain be reduced by training you legs, you are training one of the biggest muscle groups in your body helping to fire your metabolism. Females often hold extra body fat in this area, so this class is perfect to targeting areas like this.
Your Glutes (bum muscles) are a KEY muscle group. Strong glutes help re-align the body, helping your posture. So many people don’t train this part of the body and therefore are weak in this area. Weak glutes = poor posture which often leads to hip and knee joint pain.
And Tums?? Strong core muscles AGAIN are key to posture and alignment. A weak core can lead to back pain and back injury – its so important to keep your core strong especially the older you get.
